Bontoni is an Italian company founded in 2004 by two members of a family of cobblers that have been making shoes for almost 100 years.  Franco Gazzani handcrafts these shoes with his father and seven employees in the basement of his home. The bespoke footwear can take up to four months to create and range in price from $1,000 to $6,500. The company is known for their hand painted look. Created with colors made from scratch, this laborious process alone can take over two weeks.
